To Add a New Client

Step 1: Visit the Client Page

Navigate to the Client page on the Early Warning Dashboard.

Step 2: Click “Add New Client”

Click on the “Add New Client” button.

Step 3: Enter the Client ID

Enter the Client ID (a unique alphanumeric ID used by analytics teams to identify the client).

Step 4: Enter the Registered Client Name

Enter the Registered Client Name (as stated on the client’s trade license).

Step 5: Enter the Phone Number

Enter the Phone Number (ideally a landline number that directs to the company’s reception; this field is optional).

Step 6: Enter the Email Address

Enter the Email Address (preferably a generic email of an administrator; this field is optional).

Step 7: Enter the Tax Registration Number

Enter the Tax Registration Number (this field is mandatory).

Step 8: Enter the Trade License Number

Enter the Trade License Number (this field is mandatory).

Step 9: Enter the Trade License Expiration Date

Enter the Trade License Expiration Date (this field is mandatory as services cannot be provided to clients with expired licenses).

Step 10: Enter the Credit Days

Enter the Credit Days (choose between 30, 60, or 90 days if applicable; for clients using Cafu services with no credit offered, set this field to 0).

Step 11: Add Address Details

Add the Address Details of the client (this should be the address mentioned on the client’s invoice).

Step 12: Set Fuel-Up Permissions

Select the option to Allow or Not Allow Unlisted Fuel-Ups (default is “not allow”).

Step 13: Capture Odometer Readings

Check the box to Capture Odometer Readings if the client requires the pilot to capture the odometer for each vehicle fuelled in a fleet fuelling order.

Step 14: Save the Client

Click “Save” to successfully add the client to the B2B portal.

Note: All clients added to the system are tagged as V1 by default. If a client needs to be added as a V2 client, switch them to V2 on this page. Ensure all migration steps are completed before switching an existing client from V1 to V2.
