How to Add or Update Client Fuel Locations

To Add or Update a Client’s Fuel Location

Step 1: Go to the Client List

Navigate to the Client List on the Early Warning Dashboard.

Step 2: Search for the Client

Use the search function to find the client.

Step 3: Edit Client Details

Click the edit icon under the “Actions” column.

Step 4: View Locations

Select the “Locations” tab to view all locations added for the customer.

Step 5: Update an Existing Location

To update a location, click on the edit icon next to it.

Step 6: Add a New Location

To add a new location, click on the “Add New Location” button and fill in the details such as:

  • Name
  • Latitude and Longitude of the address
  • Address itself

Use the map search feature if the exact latitude and longitude are unknown.

Note: Clients can also add locations through the client portal. It is advisable to have clients add locations themselves to prevent disputes from errors.

Step 7: Save Changes

Click “Save” to confirm the changes or addition.
