To Edit a Fleet Fuelling Order

Step 1: Access the Order List

Go to the order list on the Early Warning Dashboard: https://early-warning-dashboard.cafu.app/operations/b2b/orders

Step 2: Locate the Order to Edit

Use the filter to select the client and identify the order that needs to be edited.

Step 3: Edit the Order Details

Under Actions, select the three dots (⋮) and then the Edit option.
Update the details for the order as per the new requirements.

Step 4: Submit the Changes

Click on Submit.
A prompt will appear asking whether you want to make the change only for this order or for all orders going forward.

Step 5: Apply the Changes

  • Select ‘This Event’ if you wish to make changes only to the specific order.
  • Select ‘This and the Following Events’ if you want to apply the change to the entire recurrence of the order.

Note: You cannot edit an order that is in a completed, started, or arrived state.
You can only edit an order that is in an accepted state and has not been started by a pilot.
