To Change the Order Status

Step 1: Access the Order List

Go to the order list on the Early Warning Dashboard: https://early-warning-dashboard.cafu.app/operations/b2b/orders

Step 2: Locate the Order to Update

Use the filter to select the client and identify the order for which the status needs to be updated.

Step 3: Change the Order Status

Under Actions, select the three dots (⋮), then click the CTA to change status.
Change the status to the required one.

Note: You cannot change the status of a completed order.
