To Create New On-Demand Fleet Fuelling Orders

Step 1: Access the Order List

Go to the order list on the Early Warning Dashboard: https://early-warning-dashboard.cafu.app/operations/b2b/orders

Step 2: Create a New Order

Select ‘Create a New Order’.

Step 3: Create a V2 Order

Choose ‘Create a V2 Order’.

Step 4: Unlisted Fuel-Ups

Select whether the order can accept unlisted fuel-ups.

Step 5: Enter Order Details

Add all the relevant fields, including:

• Client
• Project Details
• Location
• POCs for the order

Step 6: Set Order Timing

Enter:

• Start Order Date and Time
• Duration of the Order
• Travel Time

  The duration of the order determines how much time the truck will stay at the client location.
  The travel time is the estimated time taken for the truck to travel from the Cafu depot to the client location.
  The travel time field will be removed in the future as B2B orders are incorporated into the routing algorithm in CAFU 2.0.

Step 7: Select Fuel, Truck, and Pilot Details

Choose the:

• Fuel Type
• Truck Details
• Pilot

  The pilot selection is not currently used for the order but will be auto-assigned by the system in the future.

Step 8: Add Additional Notes

If needed, add any notes for the pilot, including images of the parking location, if available.

Step 9: Recurrence Settings

Ensure the Recurrence selection is set to ‘Does Not Repeat’ since this is a one-time on-demand order.

Step 10: Submit the Order

Click Submit, then verify that the order has been created for the client on the specified date and time.
