To Change/Update the Status of Multiple Assets

Step 1: Navigate to the Assets Page

Begin by going to the Assets page on your system.

Step 2: Select the Assets to Update

To select the assets you want to update, click on the checkbox on the left side of the table for each asset you want to modify.
Select all the assets you wish to update the status for.

Step 3: Access the Update Status Option

Once you've selected the assets, look above the table for the "Actions" dropdown menu.
Click on the "Actions" dropdown, and you will see a list of options.
From the list, click on "Update Status."

Step 4: Choose the New Status

A pop-up window will appear, showing the number of assets you have selected.
In the pop-up, you will see a dropdown menu where you can select the new status.
Click on the dropdown and choose the status you want to assign to the selected assets.

Step 5: Update the Status

After selecting the desired status, click on the "Update" button in the pop-up.
The status for all selected assets will be updated accordingly.

Result

Your selected assets will now have the new status applied, and the changes will be reflected in the system.
